Who are we?
We provide services in the government and
private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. We are proud of our team, which
includes a group of highly skilled engineers
and technicians who aim to break the
standard and use the latest technologies
available. To analyze the data in order to
develop a complete and detailed vision
of the projects that refl ect functional,
technical and aesthetic considerations and
link the project to the nature, traditions
and customs existing in the region, and to
fi nd an appropriate design formula that
translates the needs of the individuals who
subsequently use the site.
Foundation
The work of United Al kunouz Office
for Engineering Consultations has been
launched in the city of Jeddah since 1990
AD, and its commercial identity and offi cial
status were established in 2007. During
this period, it was able to prove itself
among the rest of the engineering offi ces
by adopting a policy based on quality and
considering the customer the focus and
basis of priorities.
Team
We are proud of our team consisting of
professional engineers and technicians
who hold high degrees in our fi eld of
specialization and who have accumulated
years of experience and expertise in
engineering, This team is responsible for
the success of all the various sections of the
offi ce to produce outstanding outputs that
contribute to the accomplishment of tasks
and the achievement of objectives.
Objectives
Since the establishment of the offi ce, we
have carried a vision, through which we aim
to be the fi rst reference in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia for all those wishing to obtain
high-end and distinguished engineering
services.
Our vision
We seek to achieve our goals that we
have planned to achieve leadership within
the Kingdom by producing high-quality
outputs based on the employment of
the latest technologies and entering into
strategic partnerships that achieve the
added value of the offi ce. In light of the
size of the responsibility entrusted to us as
an engineering offi ce, we are aware of the
extent of the role that we can do to achieve
an integrated development for this dear
country. That is why we have been actively
involved in the huge project launched by
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the fi rst
announcement of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
We have coordinated our efforts with our
partners and competitors to achieve the leap
that the leaders of this beloved country hope
for, to achieve excellence and leadership.

Architecture
The engineering design of the buildings begins
with the architectural design, which transforms
the building needs into architectural spaces in a
distinctive engineering way, taking into account
the privacy of the building’s residents and their
neighbors, and taking into account the area of
the site and the project budget
During the years 2021 and 2022, more than 6,500 projects and transactions were implemented with high efficiency through the United Al kunouz Office for Engineering Consultations Office in all its branches and in various regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
